    • Tumor-associated antigens (TAAs)
  • Cytotoxic  T cells
    • Kill tumor cells directly
    • Produce cytokines
  • Natural killer cells and activated macrophages can lyse tumor cells
  • B cells produce antibodies that bind to tumor cells
