          • Does not involve a sternotomy and CPB
        • Off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB)
          • Sternotomy but no CPB
        • Robotic or totally endoscopic coronary artery bypass (TECAB)
        • Transmyocardial laser revascularization
          • Indirect revascularization
          • High-energy laser creates channels in heart to allow blood flow to ischemic areas
        • Drug therapy
          • IV nitroglycerin (NTG)
          • Morphine
          • β-adrenergic blockers
          • ACE inhibitors
          • Antidysrhythmic drugs
          • Lipid-lowering drugs
          • Stool softeners
